Lou the Chichi offers a variety of products, including pet apparel, pet accessories, Lou the Chichi merchandise, and made-to-order products.

Some products are stocked and fulfilled directly by us, while others are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners.

Because fulfillment methods vary, processing times, shipping locations, return eligibility, and other conditions may differ between products. Please refer to the applicable product description and our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase or other agreement in your jurisdiction.

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, photographs, colors, and other product details.

However, slight variations may occur. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and handmade, manufactured, embroidered, printed, or made-to-order items may have minor variations from one piece to another.

For pet apparel, we strongly recommend reviewing the product-specific size chart and measuring your pet before ordering. Sizing may vary between styles.

For print-on-demand products, minor variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on our website.

Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, tariffs, duties, and other charges will be displayed or disclosed as applicable before you complete your purchase.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect product information, inventory issues, or other legitimate circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Processing and delivery times depend on the products purchased, fulfillment location, shipping destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, particularly when an order contains both products fulfilled directly by us and made-to-order or print-on-demand merchandise.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping & Delivery Policy limits any delivery rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Gift cards and store credits may be used toward eligible purchases from our online store.

Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards and store credits:

Cannot be redeemed for cash;
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card where restricted;
Cannot be transferred for value or resold without authorization.

When store credit is issued as part of a U.S. exchange, the credit may cover the value specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Any new tariff amount applicable to the replacement order remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Any additional terms shown when a gift card or store credit is issued also apply.

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, free gifts, giveaways, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined;
Discounts have no cash value;
Promotions may be limited by product, order value, location, or time period;
Only one promotional offer may apply to an order;

If a free gift requires a minimum purchase amount, the qualifying merchandise total must meet the stated threshold after discounts and before any excluded charges specified in the promotion.

Abuse, duplication, manipulation, or unauthorized use of promotional offers may result in the offer being declined or an order being cancelled where permitted by law.

All content appearing on the Lou the Chichi website is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Lou the Chichi, unless otherwise indicated.
