ORDER TRACKING
You will be receiving a tracking number via email or phone after placing your order. If you cannot find this email, we suggest you check your spam folder.

STOLEN PACKAGES
If you live in an area with a lot of stolen packages we ask you to write in the note of the purchase "Signature required". This way we will be able to ask the shipping companies to demand a signature as a proof of delivery. If you think your package was stolen and you didn't write "signature required" we will not be able to open a claim with our shipping carriers or/and offer you a refund.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days of your order being placed.
There may be delays in delivery if our traffic is increased during busy periods (example: Holiday season).
There may also be delays due to temperature and conditions beyond our control. We do everything in our power to deliver purchases as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated according to the location, distance and size and weight of the package. We make every effort to reduce these costs and offer customers the best delivery and transport options.
RETURNS AND REFUND
All online pet apparel & accessory orders offer the possibility of a full return and refund (minus shipping and handling) within 30 days of receipt of the purchase.
- We only accept returns and refunds if the items do not fit or are damaged.
- We also accept size exchanges if the items do not fit.
- Orders may not be canceled once they are processed.
We do not offer the possibility of a refund, return or cancelation on merchandise items such as mugs, stickers, bottles, human apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, tanks) and tote bags as they are printed by the unit in the hours following the order placement.
Delivery costs associated with the return or exchange of an item are the responsibility of the customer. However, if we have not delivered the right item, it will be our responsibility to cover the shipping and handling costs. In the case of an exchange, delivery costs associated to shipping back a new size or new piece is our responsibility.
No chargebacks will be accepted in cases where the order's tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered and/or if the client has signed for delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO DELIVERY
If the items delivered are damaged due to delivery, we cannot be held responsible. Please file a complaint with your carrier directly for compensation.
